You're a Great Fit If You Have
- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing or a related field.
- Customer service experience with a knack for resolving issues.
- Excellent Excel skills (spreadsheets are your friend!).
- Comfort working with web-based applications (technology is no sweat!).
- A love of learning and a positive attitude.
- The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus Points for
- PCP Certification.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Customer support experience in a SaaS company (ticketing systems and complex technical support are a breeze for you!).
